Mission, Vision, and Values

The Mission of BCESD is to be a leading emergency service organization meeting the needs of our community in fire prevention, fire suppression, rescue operations, and emergency medical response.

The Vision of BCESD is to utilize and improve the skills and dedication of our contracted providers, constantly improve operations and services, and assist similar organizations upon request with available resources.

BCESD Values:

Provide a safe, healthful, and environmentally responsible emergency response system,

Promote teamwork and support our providers,

Assist our providers in meeting or exceeding local, state, and federal emergency service agency standards, and

Provide proactive and open communications within the organization, our contracted providers, the community, and related organizations.

    NOTICE:

    Brazoria County ESD No. 3 adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate.

    The tax rate will be effectively raised by 5.55 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $5.26.

The District meets on every 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30pm at the District's Manvel Fire Station, located at 6212 Masters Road, Manvel, Texas 77578.
